Nautilus Desktop in E17 alignment problem

Anyone know how to fix the alignment of the Nautilus Desktop in the first Virtual Desktop once you change resolutions?

Look for "Clean Desktop" in the menus, I'm [not] positive of the name but that is what fixes it.

Glad it worked out. For posterity, the correct menu item is:

Windows > Cleanup Windows
